What does the W with microwaves stand for?

With microwaves wattage = power. Meaning 1000W has more cooking power than a 700W microwave. 1000W microwaves have extremely efficient cooking power and cook food through. In General the higher the W or Wattage, the quicker the food can be cooked.

What is convection? Convection in the Russell Hobbs basically means it’s a fan assisted heating for circulating air. This cooks the food quicker and more thoroughly because hot air is being blown around the inside with the use of a fan. Although this is not standard on all ovens. It certainly helps with cooking and crisping up your food.

Our conclusion

Like most Russell Hobbs products, the Russell Hobbs RHFEO6502SS is no exception. It’s cheap, standard size and has everything you need for a family oven. Unfortunately over Christmas many of the options are not available, but coming into the new year will most things be back in stock.
