The Amazon choice Radiant Tech heat resistant double sided oven glove ranks number one on our list. Coming in at just £10.99 these cooking gloves can tolerate up to 200°C (360°F) and shield hands from high temperatures from your oven and grills.
This pair of silicone oven gloves is heat resistant and is specifically made 18 inches longer, to give coverage up to arms and protecting both your hands and wrists.
These kitchen gloves are just the right size to fit on hands of both men and women. The elegant neutral design suits all genders and users.
2. Micacorn oven gloves

The slightly more expensive Micacorn oven gloves are our number 2 choice. This pair are also made from Thermo-resistant material, with temperature ranging from -40° to 230°C.
Thanks to the silicone cover on the front of the gloves, they can be easily cleaned and washed with soapy kitchen water. The silicone cover also provides extra grip to the glove.
We noticed this particular glove is quite rigid and strong, thanks to the thicker material. But it can make it hard to hold larger items. But this pair would be perfect for a BBQ.
3. Micacorn Extra Long oven gloves

We were so impressed with the premium Micacorn standard oven gloves, we decided to review the Micacorn Extra Long oven gloves these gloves are perfect for your pizza oven/BBQ or any other outside kitchens. According to Micacorn these extra thick mitts can protect your hands up to 350℃.
Although Micacorn suggests these oven gloves are mainly used to remove baking tray or grill from the oven and microwave oven. Long sleeve of the oven gloves (total length 13” above) can effectively protect your forearm. So don’t worry about getting burnt.
4. The Premier Housewares cotton glove

The Premier Housewares 100% cotton oven glove got our 4th spot. Although they are provide no where near as much protection as other options on this list. They are a great cheaper alternative for smaller kitchens and for those who do not cook so often. They are currently on sale for just £6.99.
However they are easy to clean, so if your heat proof gloves get stained, they are washable and will clean in the washing machine.
We specifically liked the design, the oven glove has a nice simple pattern with white stripes all over the navy blue background.
5. Immaculate Textiles oven gloves

The Immaculate textiles oven glove is definitely a good budget example. Coming in at just £8.95, we thought this was a very fair price.
With a large size of approximately 31cm (12.5″) these mitts provide protection for your wrists and forearms in addition to your hands. One size fits all, these gloves are suitable for men & women / large & small hands. If you don’t like the fit you can send these back for a full refund no questions asked. Like with the other gloves, Immaculate claim these are safe and provide heat resistance up to 480°F (250°C). They are suitable for a variety of tasks including carrying hot pots & pans, removing baking trays from the oven or even barbecuing.
Our conclusion?
We were pretty happy with all the oven mitts we tested. If you want a pair to last longer, then spending the extra 4/5 pounds will definitely get you a pair that will last at least 2 years. But the cheaper options on this list like the Premier Housewares were a good cheaper alternative. Our overall favourite pair, were the Micacorn oven gloves. These premium mitts had far better quality than the others whilst still maintaining a good thickness to protect your hands.
